I have found a website called Woodlands for Sale which sells woods around the UK. It seems like a very interesting prospect and I think the main purpose of it is to get owners that love trees and woodlands to take care of them. Quite a few of the woods for sale have obligations such as taking care of the woods or helping the young trees grow to maturity.

Taking a Step Back

Apologies for the lack of posts this last week, I’ve been away on holiday in Edinburgh checking out the Fringe.  It is about 400 miles north from where I live so the main difference that I noticed up there was the temperature dropping.  It seemed a lot colder up there.  With one or two days I had to wear jumpers, my winter down jacket and a warm hat.  When I am home I check out my bonsai nearly every day but being away for a week this was quite difficult!  Sometimes it’s nice to take a step back from your trees for a while to let them grow naturally.
